RIMPAC Strong Arm contest is scheduled for 2 JUL 2024, at 0900 to 1200 at JBPHH Fitness Center, Building 1338, Pearl Harbor.

  • Check-in starts at 0800.
  • We will start promptly at 0900.
  • Entry deadline is 20 June 2024.
  • Entry fee is 20(USD) per person.
  • All participants receive a RIMPAC t-shirt, please specify t-shirt size when registering (s-xxl).
  • Day of event walk-ons on a space available. Late entry t-shirts subject to availability.
  • Most combined pull-ups contest and longest chin-up hang.
  • Top 2 males and females will receive trophies for overall combined pull-ups and endurance hold time. RIMPAC Cup competition points 1st place male/female: 2 points; 2nd place male/female: 1 point plus 1 command participation point.
