Looking for a real program to commit to while things are shutdown?  Check out the CNIC 5-week Conditioning Plan.
This plan comes with a manual and exercise library to get you prepped.  Then it provides 3-day and 4-day workout plans for each week to give you flexibility in your schedule.  There's even a meal builder to help you reach your goals of weight loss, weight gain, or just maintenance.  It's not easy, but if you're ready to commit to it, you'll be up to the challenge!
