YOUTH CLASSES

Boxing & Conditioning (Ages 13 & Up)
Our Boxing and Conditioning classes for kids are not just a physical activity. Our classes have many vital benefits for children and young adults to develop physicality, become independent, and learn self-discipline and self-defense. We teach self-discipline as the most critical principle; kids learn to control their negative emotions, increase patience and focus, and strengthen themselves physically and mentally.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 5 & Up)
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are great ways for your children to hone their focus, release pent-up energy, learn to follow directions, and strengthen their bodies and minds. Our BJJ students learn to develop self-defense skills and the mindset to take on everything life offers.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m.  | Jiu-Jitsu Home School Class (Ages 5 through 12)
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 p.m.    | Jiu-Jitsu Menehune’s (Ages 5 through 8)
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m.    | Jiu-Jitsu Youth (Ages 9 through young adults)

Karate (Ages 5 & Up)
Can Karate help in youth development? Yes. Karate is a constructive, healthy activity that can help your child build social skills and improve behavior. It also strengthens the entire body, improves coordination, quickens reflexes, and builds stamina and overall health.

Krav Maga & Self-Defense (Ages 11 & Up)
Our Krav Maga classes teach valuable lessons about dedication, responsibility, and grace under pressure, from fending off bullies to tackling homework. Our Krav Maga classes also help children develop core values like courage, confidence, camaraderie, self-discipline, and self-respect.

Muay Thai Conditioning and Self-Defense (Ages 7 & Up)
Experience the power and precision of Muay Thai training - the ultimate martial art that transforms bodies and minds! Unleash your inner warrior as you embark on a journey of self-discovery, strength, and confidence. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fighter, our supportive community will push you to new heights, helping you achieve your fitness goals and unleash your full potential.

  • Wednesdays at 7 p.m. OR Saturdays at 5 p.m.

Taekwondo (Ages 5 & Up)
Complement your child's education with the benefits of our youth development martial arts training. Some benefits include improved physical fitness, confidence, listening skills, balance & coordination, discipline, confidence, self-esteem, and self-defense tactics. Our curriculum is suitable for beginners and advanced students.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.    |  Taekwondo Home School (Ages 5 through 12)

Judo 
Judo is a martial art born in Japan and known worldwide as an Olympic sport. Judo was created in 1882 by combining jiu-jitsu, a form of close combat, with a system of unarmed combat. In every Judo class, you will pull and push muscles and improve your core strength, flexibility, cardio, and overall fitness. Learning Judo can help you achieve the best physical shape you have ever been in. It is an excellent way to lose weight, strengthen your muscles, and acquire the essential knowledge to defend yourself. 

  • Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. OR Saturdays at 3:30 p.m.

 

ADULT CLASSES

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Come join our BJJ adult community. Learn a complete grappling system using ground clinches takedown, ground transitions, and submissions for competition or self-defense. Join us for an excellent rolling experience. 

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.

Individual & Family Taekwondo
Do you need a fun activity for the entire family? The family that trains together bonds together. The whole family can get into shape, learn new skills, and enjoy a stress-free time of bonding while learning self-defense and self-protection, developing and building self-confidence. 

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.

Okinawan Karate
Karate is ideal for adults because it trains a person for self-defense while providing a full-body workout. It also serves to develop self-confidence and is an excellent form of stress release. Synonymous with Karate, self-defense and inner self-confidence are vital takeaways that will benefit you from regular training.

Self-Defense Strategies & Self-Protection Techniques
Certified self-defense instructors lead our interactive classes. You will learn self-defense strategies, develop situational awareness skills, and practice practical self-protection techniques that do not require prior martial arts experience. Although athletic skill is not needed, the desire to empower yourself is! All fitness levels are welcome. 

  •  Wednesdays at 7 p.m. OR Fridays at 6 p.m.

12RND Kickboxing & Fitness Classes
Are you looking for a challenge? We use real mixed martial arts techniques, aerobic activity, endurance conditioning, and strength training in our kickboxing fitness classes to provide a tremendous whole-body workout. Get fit, increase stamina, have more energy, burn calories, and have fun doing it. Morning and evening classes are available.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m.

Japanese Swordsmanship / Weapons & Tactics
Augment your current martial arts training or learn new skills as a hobby. Our weapons and tactics curriculums provide familiarity and proficiency with traditional martial arts weapons and common everyday items. 

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

Krav Maga Tactics & Self-Defense Techniques
All martial arts styles and fitness levels are welcome, from novice to advanced, with no experience to the experienced. This curriculum is 100% scenario-based; this class will prepare you to defend and protect yourself, your family, your friends, and your loved ones.

  • Mondays at 7 p.m. or Fridays at 6 p.m.
