Our Boxing and Conditioning classes for kids are not just a physical activity. Our classes have many vital benefits for children and young adults to develop physicality, become independent, and learn self-discipline and self-defense. We teach self-discipline as the most critical principle; kids learn to control their negative emotions, increase patience and focus, and strengthen themselves physically and mentally.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 5 & Up)
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are great ways for your children to hone their focus, release pent-up energy, learn to follow directions, and strengthen their bodies and minds. Our BJJ students learn to develop self-defense skills and the mindset to take on everything life offers.

Certified self-defense instructors lead our interactive classes. Although athletic skill is not needed, the desire to empower yourself is! All fitness levels are welcome.

12RND Kickboxing & Fitness Classes
Are you looking for a challenge? We use real mixed martial arts techniques, aerobic activity, endurance conditioning, and strength training in our kickboxing fitness classes to provide a tremendous whole-body workout.
