Expert instructors help you get fit with a variety of in-person classes to suit your needs and goals. All classes are an hour or less, giving you enough time for a good workout then get on your way. Here's a list of the classes currently offered at either JBPHH or Hickam Fitness Centers. Classes will be adjusted as needed to comply with current covid measures.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
A total body burner that uses explosive power and interval training to help sculpt lean muscle and build endurance level.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
A combination of cardiovascular fitness, strength, and recovery. It can enhance athletic performance, prevent future injuries, and improve daily movements.
INDOOR CYCLING
A motivating class that makes the most of music, technique, and choreography to provide an excellent low-impact cardiovascular workout.
POWER CIRCUIT
Achieve metabolic conditioning and strength training utilizing kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, sandbags, etc.
POWER ENDURANCE
High repetition strength training that challenges your body’s utilization of energy. “We know your muscles are strong, challenge how long they last!”
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class will help you build strength and endurance with 60 minutes of resistance, cardio, and mobility training.
STRETCH AND MOBILITY
This class utilizes various tools and techniques to help you feel your best. Self-myofascial release, dynamic/static stretching and mobility movements will be used in this restorative class to rejuvenate the body.
TRX®
Total body suspension training that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform various strength and cardio exercises.
YOGA FLOW
Find connection between movement and breath. Yoga can improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation skills.
ZUMBA®
This Latin infused, dance-fitness workout integrates aerobic and resistance training movements to maximize caloric output, cardio benefits, and total body toning.
