IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The deadlines for ITT signups are Friday, June 14 (1st In-Port Period) and Wednesday, July 17 (2nd In-Port Period). 

Unless explicitly stated, ITT events DO NOT include transportation. Transportation from Bravo and Hotel Central to the event site may be provided for all ITT events – at an additional cost – and is based on availability of personnel and vehicles.

Departure/return locations will be from Bravo Central and Hotel Central. Customers must check in with an ITT/ODR/Single Sailor Program (Liberty) representative at either location.

The recommended muster time it 15 minutes prior to the activity departure time. Return times are approximate and could be delayed due to traffic, etc. It is not recommended booking an additional same-day tour scheduled within ONE HOUR of a listed return time.

For Single Sailor Program events, only eligible sailors 18-25 years old and ranks E1 through E6 are eligible to participate.

Sign up lists are required for each activity by alpha name.

Minimum/maximum numbers are cumulative for all RIMPAC commands, i.e. min/max numbers may be achieved by more than one command.

Late and/or day-of-event sign ups will be taken on a space available basis. 

Activities are subject to cancellation based on less than minimum of four signed up cumulative by commands. 

Payment must be made by the ship/command via credit card. We cannot take payment by individual crew members except for walk-on/space-available just prior to the event. (Invoices will be sent to the ship/command prior to arrival via email.)

No refunds or exchanges after the deadline.

  • THURSDAY, JUNE 27
    • Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum (ITT) @ 9:30 – 11 a.m. Maximum 20 people.
    •  USS Missouri Memorial (ITT) @ 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
    • Mauka Warriors Luau – Royal Package (ITT) @ 5 – 9:30 p.m. Enjoy a gorgeous view of Honolulu and an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian luau buffet. You’ll have an opportunity to participate in various activities before the show, which honors forgotten warriors with a healthy balance of history and battle reenactments.
    • Hale Koa Luau (ITT) @ 5 – 9 p.m. Located in the beautiful Luau Garden, package includes complimentary tropical beverages, plus a Hawaiian/Polynesian revue to end the night.
    • Chambers Escape Games – Live Action (ITT) @ 11 a.m. – Noon. Test your wits, skills, and teamwork as you race against the clock in the most exhilarating real-life adventure you’ll ever play. Maximum 15 people.
    • Group Outrigger Canoeing (ODR). Experience the Hawaiian tradition of outrigger canoeing with your crew. Join our experienced steersman for a paddle around historical Rainbow Bay Marina while enhancing team building and camaraderie. This activity is moderately strenuous, but fun and exciting at the same time. Bring water, sunblock, and be ready for a workout. Must be able to swim. Minimum eight people, max 22.
      • GROUP 1: Departs Bravo / Hotel Central at 6:30 a.m. and returns at 8:30 a.m.
      • GROUP 2: Departs Bravo / Hotel Central at 8 a.m. and returns at 10 a.m.
         
  • FRIDAY, JUNE 28
    • Hickam Historical Tour (ITT). Departs Bravo Central at 9:15 a.m. and returns at 1:30 p.m. Join us for an exclusive, narrated tour by Ms. Jessie Higa and see battle-scarred barracks and aircraft hangars, Old Glory, and Pearl Harbor’s historical Hospital Point. Maximum 17 people.
    • Wet’n’Wild (ITT) Open from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cool off at Hawaii’s only waterpark! Various rides and pools to relax while soaking up the sun. Bring sunscreen, towel and swimsuit.
    • Atlantis Submarine – Undersea Adventure (ITT) @ 1 – 2:30 p.m. Dive 100 ft. in an authentic submarine! Our state-of-the-art submarines are Coast Guard-approved and air-conditioned for your safety and comfort. Located within view of famous Leahi (Diamond Head), the Atlantis dive site is frequented by green turtles, sharks, stingrays, yellow tangs, eels, and many other species of underwater marine life. Maximum 25 people.
    • Germaine’s Luaua – Original Package (ITT) @ 5:30 – 9 p.m. Located on the beach in West Oahu. Includes Hawaiian/American buffet and beverages, plus a Hawaiian/Polynesian revue to end the night. Maximum 50 people.
    • Hale Koa – Prime Rib Friday (ITT) @ 5 – 8:30 p.m. Located in the Banyan Tree Showroom. An exceptional buffet featuring slow roasted prime rib and seafood selections with an island flair. A perfect way to start the weekend!
    • Bottom Fishing at Hickam Harbor (ODR). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 3:30 p.m. and returns at 7:30 p.m. A wide variety of reef fish and a token shark or two will put you to the test. This is a great trip for experts and beginners alike. Trip includes gear, bait, guides and the boat. Bring snacks and drinks to help complete your relaxing afternoon on the water. Maximum six people.
    • SINGLE SAILOR PROGRAM (E1-E6 ONLY): Paradise Cove Luau – Standard Luau Buffet (ITT). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 3:30 p.m. and returns at 9:30 p.m. Enjoy Hawaiian activities before the luau starts. Hawaiian luau buffet dinner and show located on the beautiful grounds of the Ko Olina Resort. Maximum 24 people.
       
  • SATURDAY, JUNE 29
    • Kualoa Ranch – Best of Kualoa Experience (ITT) @ 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Enjoy the ultimate experience at Kualoa’s natural environment and sacred history. Experience three 90-minute immersive Hawaiian tours.
    • Hawaiian Parasail – 800’ Line (ITT) @ 11 a.m. – Noon. Take a fantastic flight over the sea to enjoy the beauty of this tropical paradise in Waikiki. Pregnant women or anyone with mobility issues are not to participate.
    • Paradise Cove Luau – Deluxe Luau Package (ITT) @ 5 – 9 p.m. Enjoy a tasteful blend of traditional Hawaiian dishes and continental cuisine, and then take your Front Stage or Royal Box seating to witness an award-winning cultural performance.
    • Chambers Escape Games – Live Action (ITT) @ 11 a.m. – Noon. Test your wits, skill, and teamwork as you race against the clock in the most exhilarating real-life adventure you’ll ever play. Maximum 15 people.
    • Outrigger Canoeing (ODR). Experience the Hawaiian tradition of outrigger canoeing! These boats accommodate five participants at a time with one of our experience steersman. This activity is moderately strenuous, but fun and exciting at the same time. Join us as we paddle out from Hickam Harbor and view Oahu from another perspective. Bring water, sunblock, and be ready to get in a good workout. Must be able to swim. Maximum 10 people.
      • Session 1: Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 6 a.m. and returns at 8 a.m.
      • Session 2: Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 7:30 a.m. and returns at 9:30 a.m.
      • Session 3: Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 9 a.m. and returns at 11 a.m.

    • SINGLE SAILOR PROGRAM (E1-E6 ONLY): Hike Makapu’u – Intermediate Hike. Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 9 a.m. and returns at 3:30 p.m. Enjoy a three-mile hike around Makapu’u with Liberty! At the top, you will be able to see both southern and eastern points of Oahu. On the way back, enjoy relaxing tide pools. Bring swim clothes, a towel, closed-toe shoes, water, camera or phone, and cash for food. Maximum 12 people.
       
  • SUNDAY, JUNE 30
    • Iruka Hawaii – Dolphin and Snorkel with Activities Cruise (ITT) @ 7:30 – 11 a.m. Cruise Oahu’s Waiane coastline, swim with wild dolphins, and snorkel in the beautiful Hawaiian ocean. We’ll take you to a beautiful snorkeling spot where you can snorkel with tropical fishes and sea turtles. Waterslide, stand-up paddleboard, and floating mat available as long as weather permits. Snorkeling gear included.
    • Paradise Cove Luau – Deluxe Luau Package (ITT) @ 5 – 9 p.m. Enjoy a tasteful blend of traditional Hawaiian dishes and continental cuisine. Then take your Front Stage or Royal Box seating to witness an award-winning cultural performance.

    • Historical Bike Tour of JBPHH (ODR). Bike around JBPHH and discover the hidden stories and facts behind the historical Hickam Airfield and Pearl Harbor. Our guide will take you on a journey through time to gain a new appreciation and understanding of what happened. We’ll visit the original buildings scarred with bullet holes that remind us of the time never to be forgotten. This tour is presented in English only. Maximum six people.
      • Session 1: Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 6:30 a.m. and returns at 9:30 a.m.
      • Session 2: Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 9:30 a.m and returns at 12:30 p.m.

Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 8:45 a.m. and returns at 2:30 p.m. Experience the famous Ka’a’awa Valley, known as Hollywood’s “Hawaii Backlot,” where over 200 movies and TV shows have been filmed since the 1950s. View the ranch by vintage bus to see filming sites for famous Hollywood movies and TV shows. Take photos of scenes used in “Pearl Harbor,” “50 First Dates,” “Lost,” “Magnum P.I.,” and “Hawaii Five-O.” See where the “Finding ‘Ohana” scavenger hunt was filmed, plus the boneyard from “Kong: Skull Island,” the “Jumanji” dance-flight area, the ATV hill from “Mike & Dave,” Godzilla’s massive footprints, and more. Learn the history of the ranch and surrounding area from a knowledgeable local guide. Bring money for lunch. Maximum 12 people.

    • Maitai’i Catamaran – Afternoon Delite Sail (ITT) @ 3 – 4:30 p.m. Set sail from Waikiki Beach and enjoy the panoramic views of our island and our “Delite”ful friends that we encounter such as dolphins, turtles, and flying fish to name a few. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
    • Kualoa Ranch – Two-Hour Raptor Tour (ITT) @ 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. Kualoa’s open-air multi-passenger ATV raptor vehicles are a great way to enjoy the experience. On this guided tour, each raptor can hold up to five people. Your guide will lead you deep into scenic valleys and remote areas, often rambling through dirt roads, dusty trailers, and crossing seasonal streams. See where over 200 Hollywood movies and TV shows have been filmed over the past 75 years.
    • Surf Lesson at Hickam Harbor (ODR). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 6:30 a.m. and returns at 10:30 a.m. Located right on site, join the Hickam Beach staff for an all-inclusive group surf lesson. Our instructors will familiarize you with technique, gear, etiquette, and methods on how to surf. Class starts on land, and then transitions to the water (near shore). Participants must be proficient at swimming without a lifejacket. Maximum six people.
    • Group Outrigger Canoeing (ODR). Experience the Hawaiian tradition of outrigger canoeing with your crew. Join our experienced steersman for a paddle around historical Rainbow Bay Marina while enhancing team building and camaraderie. This activity is moderately strenuous, but fun and exciting at the same time. Bring water, sunblock, and be ready for a workout. Must be able to swim. Minimum eight people, max 22.

    • SINGLE SAILOR PROGRAM (E1-E6 ONLY): Ka’ena Point Hike (Intermediate). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 8:45 a.m. and returns at 2 p.m. This trail follows an old railroad bed and former dirt road that ran along the western point of Oahu. It leads to a natural reserve, a remote and scenic protected area harboring some of the last vestiges of coastal sand dune habitats on the island, and home to native plants and seabirds. The rail length is about 3.5 miles. Maximum 12 people.
       
  • TUESDAY, JULY 2
    • Climbworks Zipline Tour (ITT) A three-hour guided zipline tour that includes Oahu’s longest ziplines ranging from 500 ft. to nearly half a mile long. Participants explore a working agricultural farm on eight world-class dual lines, two rappels, three sky bridges, a fun ATV adventure to the ridgetop, and other surprises. Along the way, you’ll learn about Hawaii’s rich history and culture while taking in constant panoramic ocean and mountain views of Oahu’s famous North Shore. Max weight is 270 lbs.
      • Session 1: 12:20 – 3:20 p.m.
      • Session 2: 12:40 – 3:40 p.m.

Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 7:45 a.m. and returns at 2:30 p.m. Swim with fishes and explore the reef with Liberty on a beginner scuba tour with Try Scuba at Magic Island. The tour will be conducted on the ocean reef. You’re guaranteed to see Hawaii’s beautiful aquatic life and fish on this adventure. Scuba gear includes. Maximum 12 people.
       
  • WEDNESDAY, JULY 3
    • Bottom Fishing at Hickam Harbor (ODR). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 3:30 p.m. and returns at 7:30 p.m. A wide variety of reef fish and a token shark or two will put you to the test. This is a great trip for experts and beginners alike. Trip includes gear, bait, guides and the boat. Bring snacks and drinks to help complete your relaxing afternoon on the water. Maximum six people.
    • Sunset Sailing at Rainbow Bay Marina (ITT). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 4:30 p.m. and returns at 7:30 p.m. Sit back and enjoy a sailboat ride and watch the sunset at historic Rainbow Bay Marina with one of our experienced skippers. The calm waters of Rainbow Bay provide a smooth sailing experience. Bring beverages and snacks as you relax for a sail around the bay and witness a Hawaiian sunset. Ice chest provided; no glass bottles. Maximum 4 people per boat. Four boats total.
    • SINGLE SAILOR PROGRAM (E1-E6 ONLY): Bowling & Pizza with Liberty. Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 5:30 p.m. and returns at 8 p.m. Enjoy some social and relaxing game time with your friends regardless of your bowling skills and experience! Includes rental shoes, one slice of pizza, and a drink. Please bring socks. Maximum of 12 people.
       
  • THURSDAY, JULY 4
    • MWR’s 4th of July Festival @ 3 – 9:30 p.m. at Ward Field. Featuring a national headliner band along with other well-known musical acts live in concert, plus additional fun activities and sponsor tents with prizes and giveaways. Food and hospitality tents will be available throughout the event. End the evening featuring one of the largest fireworks displays in Hawaii!
       
  • FRIDAY, JULY 5
    • Polynesian Cultural Center – Gateway Deluxe Package (ITT) @ Noon – 9 p.m. An immersive cultural experience in six villages, canoe tour, dinner buffet, and “Ha: Breath of Life” evening show.
    • H20 Watersports – Day on the Bay 2 Activities (ITT) @ 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Choose from parasail, jet ski, banana boat or bumper tube for an adventurous experience overlooking Maunalua Bay. Must be at least 50 lbs. Pregnant women cannot participate.
    • Makani Catamaran – Sunset Sail (ITT) @ 5 – 7 p.m. Enjoy our tropical cocktails as you gaze over miles of glistening waters and an amber glimmer of the setting sun reflects off the city skyline and the towering peak of Oahu’s famed Diamond Head stands above the azure water. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
    • Chambers Escape Games – Virtual Reality (ITT) @ Noon – 1 p.m.. Jump, duck, crouch, and pass items to each other in an immersive and interactive virtual space. Maximum 15 people.
    • Surf Lesson at Hickam Harbor (ODR). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 6:30 a.m. and returns at 10:30 a.m. Located right on site, join the Hickam Beach staff for an all-inclusive group surf lesson.   • SATURDAY, JULY 6
    • Hawaii Ocean Adventure – Pelagic Shark Dive (ITT). Tour consists of 90 minutes in which you get to spend more than 30 minutes in the ocean with these beautiful and majestic creatures. You will also learn about the importance of sharks to our ecosystem. Maximum six people.
      • Session 1: 8 – 10:30 a.m.
      • Session 2: Noon – 2:30 p.m.
    • Break ’N Anger – Smash Lab (ITT). Unleash the fury within and experience the ultimate adrenaline-pumping catharsis at our thrilling rage room – a high-octane sanctuary where you can smash, shatter, and obliterate everything in your path, leaving no room for stress or frustration.
      • Session 1: Noon – 1 p.m.
      • Session 2: 1 – 2 p.m.
    • Bottom Fishing at Hickam Harbor (ODR). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 3:30 p.m. and returns at 7:30 p.m. A wide variety of reef fish and a token shark or two will put you to the test. This is a great trip for experts and beginners alike. Trip includes gear, bait, guides and the boat. Bring snacks and drinks to help complete your relaxing afternoon on the water. Maximum six people.
    • Hickam Harbor Sailing Adventure (ODR). Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 9:30 a.m. and returns at 12:30 p.m. Sit back and enjoy a sailboat ride with one of our experienced skippers as we take you around Hickam Harbor. This visually stimulating sailing experience offers beautiful turquoise waters, breathtaking views of Diamond Head, and an occasional airshow. Ice chest provided. No glass bottles. Max four people per boat; four boats total.
    • SINGLE SAILOR PROGRAM (E1-E6 ONLY): Kualoa Ranch Secret Island Beach Activities. Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 6 a.m. and returns at 2 p.m. Relax and lounge on the beach, or enjoy activities like kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, paddling canoe, playing beach games, and more. Showers and changing rooms are available; bring swimsuit and a towel. Maximum 12 people.
       
  • SUNDAY, JULY 7
    • Kualoa Ranch – Zipline Tour (ITT) @ 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. This 2.5-hour treetop canopy zipline tour begins at the top of Ka’a’awa Valley with seven exciting tandem sections, two suspension bridges, and three mini-hiking nature trails about five minutes in length. Closed toe shoes required. Must be between 4’8” and 6’9” tall and between 70 and 80 lbs.
    • Break ’N Anger – Smash Lab (ITT). Unleash the fury within and experience the ultimate adrenaline-pumping catharsis at our thrilling rage room – a high-octane sanctuary where you can smash, shatter, and obliterate everything in your path, leaving no room for stress or frustration.

    • SINGLE SAILOR PROGRAM (E1-E6 ONLY): Dolphin Snorkel Sail. Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 7:30 a.m. and returns at 2:30 p.m. Cruise down the Ko Olina Coast for some amazing dolphin viewing from the boat. Watch them leap and play. You’ll see why they are called “spinner dolphins,” and you won’t be able to resist that smile of pure joy once you see them. Bring money for lunch. Maximum 12 people.
       
  • WEDNESDAY, JULY 31
    • Ocean Journeys Tours – “Nature & You” Manoa Falls @ 9:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. Enjoy an unforgettable trek through Oahu’s premier nature tour! Manoa Falls is a 150’ waterfall and is located in Manoa Valley surrounded by endemic flowers, trees, and birds. Maximum 25 people.
    • Germaine’s Luaua – Original Package (ITT) @ 5:30 – 9 p.m. Located on the beach in West Oahu. Includes Hawaiian/American buffet and beverages, plus a Hawaiian/Polynesian revue to end the night. Maximum 50 people.
    • SINGLE SAILOR PROGRAM (E1-E6 ONLY): Circle Island Tour. Departs Bravo/Hotel Central at 9 a.m. and returns at 4:30 p.m. Join us for a tour of the island with our local tour guides who can answer any questions you have about Oahu. Bring cash for breakfast and lunch. We’ll also stop for souvenir shopping and to lounge on the beach. Maximum 12 people.
       
  • THURSDAY, AUGUST 1
    • Atlantis Majestic – Sunset Cruise (ITT) @ 6 – 7:30 p.m. Step out onto Majestic’s open-air decks and enjoy Hawaii’s beautiful sunsets and skylines. The cruise features two decks that offer the space to take in unobscured panoramic views and lovely breezes. Enjoy a complimentary welcome drink as you board. Join us for cocktails in the only full-service bar and lounge while sailing Oahu’s waters.
    • Chambers Escape Games – Live Action (ITT) @ Noon – 1 p.m. Test your wits, skills, and teamwork as you race against the clock in the most exhilarating real-life adventure you’ll ever play. Maximum 15 people.
    • Chambers Escape Games – Virtual Reality (ITT) @ 11 a.m. – Noon. Jump, duck, crouch, and pass items to each other in an immersive and interactive virtual space. Maximum 15 people.
       
  • FRIDAY, AUGUST 2
    • North Shore Shark Cage Tour (ITT) @ 10 a.m. – Noon. Get up close and personal inside a cage to witness the different species of sharks off the North Shore of Oahu.
    • Hawaii Ocean Adventure – Pelagic Shark Dive (ITT) @ 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Tour consists of 90 minutes in which you get to spend more than 30 minutes in the ocean with these beautiful and majestic creatures. You will also learn about the importance of sharks to our ecosystem. Maximum six people.
    • Mauka Warriors Luau – Royal Package (ITT) @ 5 – 9:30 p.m. Enjoy a gorgeous view of Honolulu and an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian luau buffet. You’ll have an opportunity to participate in various activities before the show, which honors forgotten warriors with a healthy balance of history and battle reenactments.
       
  • SATURDAY, AUGUST 3
    • Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum – General Admission (ITT) @ 9:30 – 11 a.m.
    • USS Missouri Memorial – General Admission (ITT) @ 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
    • Chambers Escape Games – Live Action (ITT) @ Noon – 1 p.m. Test your wits, skills, and teamwork as you race against the clock in the most exhilarating real-life adventure you’ll ever play. Maximum 15 people.
