Get your motor vehicle registration done on base.  The Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) Satellite Motor Vehicle Registration Office is a joint project between the City & County of Honolulu and Navy Region Hawaii, providing motor vehicle registration services to Oahu military personnel, their family members and civilian personnel with access to military bases.
