Provides outpatient, short-term counseling and evaluation for Air Force active-duty military. It also sees dependents who participate in the Family Advocacy Program. Provides short term marriage counseling. Offers psychoeducational classes in parenting, stress/anger management, first time parenting. Offers men/women support groups. Accessibility: Barrier-free for disabled. Transportation: Rides not provided by the agency. Insurance: Tricare.

Provides outpatient mental health care to active duty US Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard personnel only. Refers dependents to civilian therapists with payment through the TRICARE program or to Tripler Army Medical Center.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE REHABILITATION PROGRAM (SARP)
All Branches of the Armed Forces. Screening and Evaluation, Counseling, Treatment for Substance Abuse (alcohol and drug usage). Referral to community programs for marital, emotional and other problems. (Cases are screened, assessed, evaluated by medical officer, and then appropriate action is assigned.

An extended IOP (daily) treatment facility with off-site residential accommodations. All Branches of the Armed Forces - Active Duty and Retired Military Personnel and their Family Members. Have to be referred by medical or rehabilitation facility.

VETERINARY CLINIC
Provides services for animals of authorized active duty, retired military personnel, and their family members. The clinic offers vaccinations, internal/external parasite control, and health certificates for dogs and cats. Microchip implants for pet identification are also available at the clinic.
