Scope and effect:
“Another Way to Serve” - The work directly contributes to military members, retiree’s, civilians and family members’ quality of life, mission readiness and contributes to job satisfaction and retention of valuable member’s. As a Custodial Worker, you will perform variety of tasks in the housekeeping area. Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Training provided.
Use of Property Management Systems to maximize utilization of room inventory
Conduct cleaning inside and outside of buildings
Public spaces and hotel rooms
Conduct Room cleaning as needed
Coordinates supplies and distribution
Handles guest room concerns
Performs deep cleaning duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, standards, regulations and administration related to housekeeping and/or custodial operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Able to apply general knowledge of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
