We will have the BEST FIREWORKS SHOW on the 4th of July to end the evening after the concert!

In accordance with safety, security and other requirements, the following items are not allowed on Ward Field:
- No professional cameras/ video recorders or audio recording equipment
- Purses larger than a clutch bag (7" x 5")
- Grills, glass containers, coolers, outside food and beverage (including water)
- All bags to include backpacks, briefcases, fanny packs and cinch bags (Clear bags 11"x11" or smaller authorized)
- (Diaper bags are permitted for formula, bottles, snacks, water, and changing supplies for infants ONLY. Please note that the bags will be searched.)
- Umbrellas or luggage of any kind
- Weapons of any kind and blades
- Pets and animals with the exception of a service animal (in accordance with ADA guidelines)
- Tents, sun shades and any chair taller than 32"

Important Event Information
PARKING
Parking is available throughout the base. With main lots to include: Avenue D, Parking lot D, Mike Pier, and Bravo Pier
Please parked within marked stalls and follow all posted signage, as applicable. See map below.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
Q: How can I pay for food & drinks?
A: Payment will generally be via debit/credit cards. While there may be a few vendors that accept cash, patrons should generally expect this to be cashless event.
Q: Will there be ATM’s
A: The closest ATMS will be located at McDonald's and the NEX Fleet Store. However, patrons should be reminded that only a few vendors will be accepting cash payments.
Q: Can I bring food & drink?
A: Food and drink is not allowed inside the event. Food will be available for purchase in the Bloch Arena Parking Lot. Drinks will be available in the lot and on Ward Field. Please see our full list of prohibited items.
Q: What if I have kids, can I bring their diaper bag and food & drinks?
A: Diaper bags are permitted for formula, bottles, snacks, water, and changing supplies for infants ONLY. Please note that the bags will be searched at entrance to Ward Field event.
Q: Are strollers permitted?
A: Strollers are permitted throughout the event sites.
Q: I want to see the concert. Can I bring my kids to the concert area?
A: You are welcome to bring your family to the concert area. Please note however, that it is a concert so it may be crowded, have high volume levels, and attendees will be in a "party" mood.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No, pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of qualified service animals (in accordance with ADA guidelines).
Q: Can I bring a tent or grill to the event?
A: No, tents and grills are on the prohibited items list. Please see our full list of prohibited items.
Q: Will there be shuttle buses?
A: No shuttle bus will be available.
Q: Where do I enter to win the prizes?

Q: Do I have to be present to win the prize drawings?
A: Yes, you do need to be present to win. You also need to be a DoD ID cardholder, 18 years or older and not an MWR employee. For the larger prizes (to be announced), you must also be a U.S. citizen.
