Strong Woman Competition

Compete in Hickam Fitness Center's Strong Woman competition! Challenge yourself and see how you do in a variety of events.

Events consist of: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Tire Flip, Passive Hang, and Farmer's Walk (for distance)

Registration required! Visit the Hickam Fitness Center to register or for more information.
Weigh-ins will be completed on Wednesday, Apr 16 from 9–11 a.m. and 4–6 p.m.

Event Day (Thursday, Apr 17):
8 a.m. Warm ups and brief
9 a.m. Competition begins

*All events except Farmer's Walk will take place in the functional fitness room. Farmer's Walk will take place outside, behind the facility. 

WEIGHT CLASSES 
Open Division:
Light: 125–140 lbs
Middle: 140–159.9 lbs
Heavy: 160–179.9 lbs
Super: 180+ lbs

Novice: 
Light: Below 165 lbs
Heavy: Above 165 lbs
