Strong Woman Competition
Compete in Hickam Fitness Center's Strong Woman competition! Challenge yourself and see how you do in a variety of events.
Events consist of: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Tire Flip and Passive Hang

Weigh-ins will be completed on Thursday, Apr 16 from 9–11 a.m. and 4–6 p.m.
Event Day (Friday, Apr 17):
8 a.m. Warm ups and brief
9 a.m. Competition begins
WEIGHT CLASSES
Open Division:
Light: 125–140 lbs
Middle: 140–159.9 lbs
Heavy: 160–179.9 lbs
Super: 180+ lbs
Novice:
Light: Below 165 lbs
Heavy: Above 165 lbs
