2019 Resident Satisfaction Survey - Unaccompanied Housing

The Resident Satisfaction Survey (RSS) is a Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) program. The RSS measures the quality of Unaccompanied Housing and services provided to barracks residents.
Navy Housing is dedicated to providing the best customer service experience for our service members. The Navy asks unaccompanied housing residents to provide feedback on their Navy Housing experience. The RSS measures all aspects of customer satisfaction within Navy Housing, including customer service and condition of unaccompanied housing barrack facilities. All residents are encouraged complete this year's survey and provide feedback on issues that need specific focus in areas where UH barracks staff can improve. RSS data received will assist to determine targeted funding for facility and amenity improvements for the UH barracks and its residents.
WHO fills out this survey?
All permanent party barracks residents currently living in JBPHH Unaccompanied Housing facilities located on Oahu.
WHAT does this survey measure?
Residents satisfaction with the quality of services and barracks facilities where they live.
Suggested method for completing the survey?
JBPHH UH barracks representatives will be working closely with Commands barracks liaisons to distribute the surveys and to aid in collecting completed surveys in pre-posted sealed envelopes for mailing.
HOW long does it take to complete the survey?
It only takes 10 mins. JBPHH goal is to obtain resident feedback to improve the quality of our services and facilities provided to our customers.
WHEN are they due by?
Completed surveys should be mailed using provided stamped envelope to be received by CEL & Associates not later than 4 Jun 19.
