Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I want to register multiple people in my family
A: You will need to register via the link. When you have finished the first one and "Add to Cart" you will have an opportunity to press "Continue Shopping" Where you can select a tour (same or otherwise) and register another person. A reminder that all children must be regsitered individually (there are no un-registered guests allowed), be age 5 or older, and be escorted by a CAC-verified adult and must be DoD dependents
Q: I can only select one ticket per registration.
A: Correct, the system will only let you do one person at a time. All guests must be individually registered. You can cart multiple registrations at a time. (See above)
Q: I am a DoD Civilian, can I bring my kids too?
A: Unfortunately, this event is currently open to dependants of military personnel only.
Q: What if I already have a Navy MyFFR account?
A: You do not need to log into your account or create one for this event. This system, while a similar format, does not require registration and will not conflict with existing accounts.
