Strength & Conditioning Class
Open to all eligible patrons (active duty get priority)
Time to eliminate that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class may include but not limited to circuit training, resistance exercises, and bodyweight movements.
- Active duty has priority until 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Thereafter, non-active duty will be admitted entrance until class maximum is attained.
- Class size limited to nine (9) participants for social distancing
- Masks must be worn during class
- Class is 50 minutes long
- Participants must leave facility upon class completion
