1 Degree of Separation

1 Degree of Separation

This program is open to all active duty and reserve Sailors, their families, and DOD civilians.

Hosted by Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Programs, the 1 Degree of Separation preventative entertainment series blends laughter and comedy with an authentic sharing of the comedians' lived experiences of depression.

The show’s aim is to spark dialogue, raise awareness, and foster acceptance for those suffering from depression through a combination of laughter and shared vulnerability. As a team of comedians, their collective mission is to eliminate the stigma surrounding depression and share stories of hope, happiness, and triumph.
