Lifeguard Orientation Day
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC • Ages 16 & Up
If you're interested in participating in a future lifeguarding course, this is your chance to complete your prerequisites or show us your skills!
SWIM TEST Prerequisite:
Must complete a 150-yard swim, immediately followed by a two-minute water tread with no hands, immediately followed by a 50-yard swim. Lastly, a 25-yard brick tow (10 lbs) for time.
Already certified?
Must complete a 500-yard swim, 25-yard brick tow (10 lbs) for time, two-minute water tread with no hands, as well as demonstrate various water entries and rescues!
