Vehicles are sold “as is” with all faults of any nature, known or unknown, without warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. Descriptions of all items, either written, printed, published, or oral, regarding it’s nature, value, source, authenticity, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and/or any other aspect, characteristics, or specification of the vehicle are furnished as a guide only and there is no guarantee as to the accuracy of the description is made. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to confirm, research, ascertain, and/or inspect the items(s) thoroughly and to have satisfied themselves as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. There is no guarantee that any item meets or can be modified to meet emission and/or safety requirements for any state or country. There is no guarantee that any item can be legally registered in any state or country, and the Bidder accepts all risks associated with vehicle title and registration laws between states, provinces, and countries. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
*Access to Sale:
- Enter O'Malley Gate of Hickam.
- Head straight and under the Kuntz Ave Bridge.
- After the bridge, turn right to merge onto Vandenberg Blvd and go over the Kuntz Ave Bridge.
- Continue onto Kuntz Ave.
- Auction location is the fenced-in area after the MWR Car Wash on the left. Parking is prohibited along the fence line or in the area around the car wash. Please do not block the car wash entrance or exits. Authorized parking spaces may be found at Earhart Field or 4 Plex Fields off of Kamakahi St, or at Hickam Memorial Theater off of Kuntz Ave.
Bidding Procedures:
- The inventory of vehicles, vehicle information and bid forms are available online. Bid should be submitted online via the link above. The inventory of vehicles is available at the MWR Booth located on the sale lot.
- At the auction sale lot, customers may submit bid forms via personal devices as well as by utilizing MWR iPads. MWR iPads will have a time limit use per customer. Please note there are a limited number of MWR devices and there may be a wait to utilize the devices, which could delay customer submissions. Personal devices are recommended
- Vehicles have a minimum bid of $200 USD each.
- Bids will only be accepted between 8am and 1pm on auction day. Bidding will end at 1pm. Submissions after that time will not be accepted.
- Bids will not be accepted manually.
- Personnel who have connectivity and other IT related issues involved with submission of a bid, will not be accepted after the fact or via a manual submission.
- MWR will not be held responsible for any interference with Bidder’s use of or access to the bid form arising from or attributable to the Internet or connectivity to the Internet.
- Bids are time stamped. In the event of a tie bid, the earlier bid wins.
- Bids will be accepted for the vehicle in the stall number indicated on the bid form by the Bidder. Please confirm that you are bidding on the vehicle desired, in the stall number on your bid submission. Bids will not be transferred to other vehicles or stalls.
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be given
