Important event information:

COVID Mitigations:
Please ensure you follow all guidelines from JBPHH for covid mitigations, in an effort to keep all safe through this experience. Social distancing between all groups and all cars is required.  Masks must be worn when leaving your designated seating area adjacent to your vehicle.   Personnel that arrive together in one vehicle will be authorized to remove their masks when directly outside their vehicle and amongst their vehicle’s personnel.  No mingling with other cars or personnel please.

Parking Times and process:
Cars will be parked on a first come, first serve basis - earlier cars will be parked closer to the screen.  Please enter along Hickam Court Entrance (closest to the front of the AAFES bldg.) and follow the signs either to the CARS ONLY area OR  the TRUCK AND LARGE VEHICLES area. Cars and trucks/large vehicles will be parked in two separate areas. Please follow guidelines from the MWR Staff into the designated parking area.  Upon entering cars will be directed to their designated spot.  It is recommended to come early to secure a spot as space is limited. Late arrivals may not be granted access. Please turn off headlights and engines once parked.  Cars may turn their vehicle so their tailgates face the screen and sit in the back of their vehicle, instead of inside or outside the car in designated space, if they choose.
IMPORTANT – Once inside the designated stall, cars WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO MOVE OR LEAVE until the end of the event, estimated between 9:30/9:45pm.

Concert Sound:
Sound will play on your car radio with the station announced at the event, or you can enjoy thru the event sound system in your designated area adjacent to your vehicle.

Designated seating areas: Each car will have a designated area in front of their vehicle, to sit, if they choose to sit outside of their vehicle.   Only personnel who drove in one car are authorized to sit together, making up your cluster/bubble.  Parties from different cars are NOT allowed to mingle and interact with personnel in other vehicles. Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed in your designated area only.  You may also sit in your vehicle if desired.  All personnel must stay in the designated area unless traveling to AAFES or Burger King to use bathrooms or purchase items.

Seating around the event:
Please note that seating in the perimeter of the event, outside a car, or in any other open areas is not authorized. Only personnel who arrive in a car are authorized to participate and they can only sit in their vehicle or in the designated area for their one vehicle.

Located in AAFES until 9pm and at Burger King until 10 p.m.

Food & Beverages:
Pack snacks and dinner or purchase from one of the vendors in the area at the AAFES food court or Burger King.  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE AUTHORIZED in the area.  In addition, fires, BBQs, or smoking of any kind are NOT authorized in the adjacent open air areas, even at your designated space next to your vehicle.

Trash Receptacles:
Will not be provided in the area, so we ask that you leave with all the items you came with or purchased.

A big thank you to Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) for partnering with MWR to help make this event possible.
